Welcome PDF Print E-mail

Hello and welcome to Madison Countys own Radio Controlled Model Airplane Club!

We are a proud and divers group of Radio controlled modelers and pilots in the Madison County area of Central kentucky.  We fly all kinds of airplanes and helicopters, from gliders to Electric powered planes and helicopters to 50% scale gas powered aerobatic giants!

Our group was formally established in 2003 in Rockastle County and has grown and matured every year sense.  In 2006 we moved to Madison County and fly just south of Richmond in Kingston.

We have an AMA insured, Chapter #4738, full-scale grass runway and taxiway/secondary runway measuring 75'x1500' where R/C and full scale planes are welcome.

For our nearly 50 members we have a full community profiler installed here, similar to Myspace and the other social networking websites.  As well as a full functioning forum with video and photo galleries!

We have real-time weather link at the top of the page as well as daily headline news.

Our club meets to fly every Sunday about noon at the club field at 934 Drafus rd in Kingston about 1 mile on the left past the game reserve.

A map and directions can be found on the site so come out and bring friends and family to watch, eat, and even fly if you want!

We have three full-time club instructors, 2 gas trainers and 2 electric trainers that any guest is welcome to try!

Notice to Club Members:

If you haven't registered, please do and then notify me by email.  I will then promote your access and you will see additional functionality on the site.
